Solenoid valves: instant control

Gevasol solenoid valves give you precise control of liquids or gases, exactly when you need it. An electromagnetic coil moves a plunger to open or close the flow path, enabling fast response times for critical applications. Use them to start or stop fluid flow with an electrical signal, regulate dosing in medical or laboratory equipment, or safely manage aggressive media like chemicals or gases.

From respiratory machines to various irrigation solutions, our solenoid valves deliver dependable performance.

PWM solenoid valves: fast switching

Effective spraying with minimal chemical use requires fast, reliable switching. Gevasol’s solenoid valves and electronic controllers are engineered for agricultural applications where speed and accuracy define results.

Control droplet size across varying speeds, dose precisely to minimize drift, and hit the correct spot without harming crops. Integrated diagnostics and easy clean designs boost reliability in the field. Whether for boom sprayers or spot spraying systems: our valves, controlled via CAN bus, support large sprayers and adapt to your brand preferences.

Proportional valves: dynamic flow regulation

Proportional valve solutions from Gevasol go beyond simple components. We deliver complete systems, like valves, driver electronics, and sensors, that enable closed-loop flow regulation for unmatched accuracy.

These solutions respond dynamically to input signals and maintain stable performance, even under changing pressure. Perfect for precise dosing for oxygen delivery in medical devices, or stable sampling in gas analyzers. With Gevasol, you gain customized valve solutions that make your product smarter and more competitive.

Gevasol’s solution optimizes gas detection systems
  • In-depth analyses for custom engineering
  • Production from prototype to scalable solution
  • Over more than 100.000 valves

Our client manufactures gas detection systems. These systems contain a measurement and control system with proportional valves for a constant gas flow past various sensors. The goal was to optimize these proportional valves for a specific gas flow with the lowest possible hysteresis and a compact design, preferably at a lower purchasing price.

A modular valve solution in robotics
  • Modular valve solution in robotics
  • Collaborative brainstorming
  • From concept tot reality: we co-create together

Our partner develops robotic systems that perform an automatic Cleaning in Place (CIP) cycle three times a day. Initially, this cleaning process relied on individual valves that had to be interconnected. This setup posed significant challenges: it required a lot of space, was costly, and lacked modularity for different system configurations.
