Serendipity,
as Osnat Meron defines it, is the art of meaningful chance—the kind that brings about good and valuable outcomes through curiosity, insight, and the willingness to act.
It isn’t luck. It’s a state of awareness, expressed on both personal and organizational levels through everyday engagement, attention to emerging possibilities, and the openness to shift direction when something greater calls.
This week, Gevasol’s leadership experienced such a moment. We hosted and were hosted by our partners at Innovate for a day of exploration, connection, and alignment.
Osnat, both teacher and friend, captured—without knowing—the spirit that guides our daily work.
We don’t follow a fixed formula. Our model is rooted in deep listening and rapid, thoughtful response to what our partners truly need. Build to need. That’s our way.
Serendipity gives a name and a voice to how we operate—on the basketball court, at Idan Technology, at GoDare, and across our impact and industrial initiatives.
Inspired by the workshop, we asked ourselves:
What business or social opportunities are just around the corner, waiting to be seen?
Thank you to the Innovate team for your generous invitation, your moving tour, your ideas, and your shared commitment to doing good in the world.
